Policy are specifically incorporated herein by reference. They,
along with these Terms & Conditions, form the Agreement between:

MILLIONAIREX7: MILLIONIZER PRODUCT
First and foremost, MillionaireX7 is a monthly subscription to the
personal success ‘MILLIONIZER’ program and ‘MEMBERS AREA’ resource
center for self-improvement. The information contained within the
MillionaireX7 materials and resource center is strictly for personal
growth and educational and training purposes. Therefore, if anyone
wishes to apply any of the strategies and principles to their own
life, they are taking full responsibility for their own actions and
results.
The creators of the resources of MillionaireX7 disclaim all
warranties, express or implied, for any particular purposes and
shall in no event be held liable to any party for any direct or
indirect damages, consequential or inconsequential, arising directly
or indirectly from any use of the MillionaireX7 program and its
resources.
The creators of the resources of MillionaireX7 do not guarantee the
effectiveness or authenticity of any websites linked to the
MillionaireX7 program. All links are for informational and
educational purposes only and are not warranted for content,
accuracy or any other implied or explicit purpose.
MILLIONAIREX7: HOME BUSINESS
All subscribers to MillionaireX7 upon activation of their
subscription are given a ‘BUSINESS CENTER’ which allows them the
opportunity in the form of a home business to earn income from the
marketing of MillionaireX7 subscriptions to other people.
The creators of MillionaireX7 do not purport this as a get rich
scheme in any manner. The level of success of any individual in
attaining the results claimed in any marketing materials depends on
the time they devote to learning the business and their application
of the strategies and principles. Since these factors differ
according to individuals, no one person’s success or income level
can be guaranteed.
Every effort has been made to accurately represent the home business
of MillionaireX7 and its income potential. However, even though high
earnings are possible, there is no guarantee that anyone will earn
any money in this program. Examples in any MillionaireX7 websites or
marketing materials are not to be interpreted as a promise of
earnings. Income potential is entirely dependent on the person using
the strategies and principles.
MILLIONAIREX7: COMMISSION PAYOUTS
Commissions are paid automatically by the MX7 proprietary software
on an INSTANT basis --- meaning that within one hour of any
commission being earned it is paid out to the respective subscriber.
Our payment software systems run a commissions cycle every 60
minutes --- so the longest a subscriber should have to wait for
their commissions is one hour.
MILLIONAIREX7: PAYMENT PORTALS
MillionaireX7 uses ALERTPAY as our payment portal provider of
choice.
Subscribers to MillionaireX7 are required to set up an ALERTPAY
account for sending funds for the monthly subscriptions and for
receiving funds for the commissions. ALERTPAY accounts are free to
set up.
Fees for sending any monthly subscriptions to MillionaireX7 will be
absorbed by MillionaireX7. Fees for receiving any commissions from
MillionaireX7 will be absorbed by the subscribers receiving the
commissions.
Payment Processor Disclaimer: MillionaireX7 and ALERTPAY are
separate independent entities. Any funds in a subscriber’s ALERTPAY
account are the full responsibility of the subscriber and ALERTPAY.
They are in no way the responsibility of MillionaireX7 in any
manner.
MillionaireX7 may change the payment portal provider of choice or
elect to use various other payment portal methods at its discretion
for receiving funds for the monthly subscriptions and for sending
funds for the monthly commissions. Notice via email and also posted
in the Members Area will be given to the subscribers of any changes
regarding the status of any payment portals and payment methods.
MILLIONAIREX7: US$30 TOTAL MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION COST
MillionaireX7 charges US$30 per month for the 'MILLIONIZER' program
subscription.
MillionaireX7 has no hidden fees or charges above the US$30 per
month subscription fee for the 'MILLIONIZER' program.
MILLIONAIREX7 ZERO REFUNDS POLICY
MillionaireX7 offers a
ZERO REFUNDS
POLICY to all
monthly subscribers. This is firstly because commissions on all
subscriptions are paid out on an instant basis within one hour of
the subscription being received. Secondly, all subscribers to
MillionaireX7 receive the daily Millionizer program for one full
month after subscribing. Therefore no refunds shall be made.
To repeat: MillionaireX7 offers no refunds. So please do not
subscribe to MillionaireX7 if this zero refund policy bothers you or
you do not agree with it.
DO NOT JOIN MILLIONAIREX7 IF ANY OF THESE APPLY TO YOU:
1) You have no interest in furthering your own personal success.
2) You have no access to a broadband internet enabled computer.
3) You lack basic computer knowledge or lack the willingness to
learn.
4) Purchasing the subscription at US$30 per month would cause you
financial hardship.
5) You do not agree with the ‘ZERO REFUNDS POLICY’ of MillionaireX7.
MILLIONAIREX7: CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ
THIS PART CAREFULLY.
MILLIONAIREX7 SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS ARE IRREVOCABLE AND
NON-REVERSIBLE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AFTER THE CANCELLATION OCCURS.
THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE CANCELLATION BY ALERTPAY OR
MILLIONAIREX7 NEVER HAPPENS.
There are two possible ways to have your monthly subscription to
MillionaireX7 cancelled but both are linked. One is via AlertPay and
the other is via the MillionaireX7 back office “Upgrade” system.
1. ALERTPAY
FROM ALERTPAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The subscription payment will
automatically be processed on the next scheduled payment date. If
the buyer does not have sufficient funds available on that date, the
subscription will fail and another attempt will be scheduled 2 days
after. If the subsequent attempt fails, one final attempt will be
scheduled 2 days later. If the last and final attempt fails, the
subscription will be cancelled.
NOTE: THE ALERTPAY SUBSCRIPTION TO MILLIONAIREX7 WILL BE CANCELLED
BY ALERTPAY.
Please note: If ALERTPAY cancels the monthly subscription, the
subscriber’s membership to MillionaireX7 will also be immediately
cancelled. THIS ACTION IS IRREVOCABLE --- IT CANNOT BE REVERSED.
This is because it is a fully automated operations systems process.
2. MILLIONAIREX7 UPGRADE
In the back office of the subscriber’s website, an “Upgrade” link
will appear in the User Control Panel on the day the subscription
period is to expire (but this only appears if the AlertPay monthly
subscription has not been processed). If the subscriber fails to
“Upgrade” by paying his or her subscription via AlertPay (by
clicking the “Upgrade” link and following the payment procedure
fully) before the AlertPay subscription is cancelled then this will
result in cancellation of the subscriber’s membership with
MillionaireX7.
Cancellation of any subscriber’s membership to MillionaireX7 will
result in their access to the ‘MILLIONIZER’ program and ‘MEMBERS
AREA’ resource center of MillionaireX7 being cancelled effective
immediately and their personal MillionaireX7 network and all future
earnings will pass up to their next immediate actively subscribed
sponsor with immediate effect.
MAINTENANCE OF ALERTPAY ACCOUNTS AND CORRECTLY “UPGRADING” EACH
MONTH ARE THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SUBSCRIBER. So please
ensure your AlertPay monthly subscription is never cancelled by
ensuring your email address with AlertPay is correct so that all
cancellation emails from AlertPay are received and read and acted
upon. And also ensure you visit your MillionaireX7 back office
before the end of your subscription period is to expire so that you
may click the “Upgrade” link and re-subscribe to MillionaireX7 every
month.
SOLUTION: The simple procedure is to make certain you always have
sufficient funds in your AlertPay account or you have a valid credit
card attached to your AlertPay account to ensure your monthly
subscription to MillionaireX7 is never cancelled. Also to ensure you
visit your MillionaireX7 back office before the end of your
subscription period is to expire so that you may click the “Upgrade”
link and re-subscribe to MillionaireX7 every month.
In the unfortunate event that your monthly subscription to
MillionaireX7 is cancelled, you may re-subscribe to MillionaireX7 at
any time. However, this will result in new placement of your
membership position within the MillionaireX7 database and you will
start again with none of your previous genealogy.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled by a subscriber at any time
they desire to cease their subscription to MillionaireX7. Once done,
their access to the ‘MILLIONIZER’ program and ‘MEMBERS AREA’
resource center of MillionaireX7 will cease effective immediately
and their personal MillionaireX7 network and all future earnings
will pass up to their next immediate actively subscribed sponsor.
TO REPEAT:
MILLIONAIREX7 SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS ARE IRREVOCABLE AND
NON-REVERSIBLE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AFTER THE CANCELLATION OCCURS.

MILLIONAIREX7: TIME ZONE
MillionaireX7 operates on the Eastern Standard Time zone (EST).
MILLIONAIREX7: CORPORATE POLICIES
One-Position-Per-Member Corporate Policy: Though this is difficult
to monitor for MillionaireX7 Admin, it is highly discouraged by
MillionaireX7 for any one person to have more than one membership
position within the MillionaireX7 program. The reasons are thus: One
membership within MillionaireX7 provides the subscriber with full
access to the ‘MEMBERS AREA’ resource center, it allows for complete
daily receiving of the ‘MILLIONIZER’ webpage and video, and it
allows the subscriber total freedom to conduct the home business
opportunity of MillionaireX7. There is absolutely zero ethical
reason for any one person to have more than one membership position
within the MillionaireX7 program. Any subscriber found deliberately
flaunting this corporate policy will be terminated forthwith from
MillionaireX7 and all membership privileges shall be immediately
revoked. If any subscriber knows they have accidentally or
deliberately flaunted this rule, please send an email to
MillionaireX7 Admin and a compromise win-win solution shall be
sought whereby the subscriber can still retain ownership of their
main membership position.
Transfer-Of-Sponsorship-Position Corporate Policy: It is neither
legal nor ethical for MillionaireX7 to transfer any particular
subscriber’s position to another position within the MillionaireX7
database. This means that once any particular subscriber joins
MillionaireX7 under any certain sponsor, this is the final fixed
position of that subscriber. The programming systems of
MillionaireX7 are highly sophisticated and work in real-time and do
not allow for transfer of membership positions or transfer of
sponsors. However, there is one exception to this corporate policy.
If the misplacement of position or sponsor can be proven to be
attributed to online interference from banners or cookies or spyware
or any other miscellaneous digital devices that proliferate on the
internet, MillionaireX7 will consent to look at individual cases. If
these individual cases are also further supported by requests in
writing expressing the desire of both the subscriber and the new
sponsor to the new change of position, MillionaireX7 may grant in
favor of this change of position and sponsor. SOLUTION: When
sponsoring a new member into MillionaireX7 ensure the prospect knows
your “username” and confirms that your “username” is the one on the
sign-up page at the time the prospect joins MillionaireX7. This
correct “username” is used by default in the software of
MillionaireX7 but old information from banners or cookies or spyware
or any other miscellaneous digital devices that proliferate on the
internet may cause the occasional error of placement. But be assured
this is rare indeed.
Cancelled ‘Earners’ Corporate Policy: This concerns any cancelled
subscribers that have earned commissions or bonuses within the month
of cancellation. Subscribers have easy 24-7 access to their
genealogy reports online via the ‘MEMBERS AREA’ link. Therefore, if
any subscriber wishes to cease their MillionaireX7 membership by
cancelling their monthly subscription, they may do so. But their
rights to any earnings that may have resulted from income that may
have been earned during that particular month will be forfeited.
Solution: Check your genealogy online before you cancel. If you can
see that you will earn income during that particular month, do not
cancel your subscription. Easy!
MillionaireX7 Admin Accessibility: The staff of MillionaireX7 Admin
are online for many hours every day of every month. If you have any
questions whatsoever concerning your subscription --- and the
answers to your questions or concerns are not listed within the
extensive ‘QUESTIONS’ webpage of your MillionaireX7 website ---
please send an email to MillionaireX7 Admin and one of our staff
will respond to your email usually within 24-48 hours.
Contact Information: It is the responsibility of members to keep
their personal records up to date within the ‘MEMBERS AREA’ resource
center. MillionaireX7 will not be responsible for communication
error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. This also
applies to emails bounced back or sent to junk mail filters.
Copyright: The MillionaireX7 program and materials are copyrighted
by James Lee Valentine, the founder of MillionaireX7. Therefore,
unless covered by a separate agreement entered into and signed by
James Lee Valentine, no parts of this program and materials may be
changed in any format, sold independently, or used in any way other

Their use by any subscriber of MillionaireX7 is strictly limited to
the MillionaireX7 program.
Damaging Intent: Any subscriber engaging in chat, email, postings,
or any other medium that is deemed damaging to MillionaireX7 or its
subscribers, will be terminated from MillionaireX7. Depending on the
seriousness of any particular instance, MillionaireX7 may deem it
appropriate to exercise legal action.
SPAM: All forms of spamming are strictly prohibited with the
MillionaireX7 program. This enforcement is for the benefit of all
subscribers. Subscribers proven to be participating in such
activities will have their subscriptions cancelled and any
membership privileges revoked.
Independent Entities: No joint venture, agency, partnership or
employment agreement exists between any subscriber and
MillionaireX7. Both parties are considered independent entities,
which are separate and distinct from each other at all times.
Claims: Any subscriber cannot bind MillionaireX7 to any obligation,
and that subscriber shall indemnify, defend and hold MillionaireX7
from and against any and all claims, demands, cost and expenses
arising out of the subscriber’s activities in relation to the
implementation of the program or home business of MillionaireX7.
Tax: Individual subscribers are responsible for any and all taxes
payable in their particular resident domicile or jurisdiction for
any income received either from MillionaireX7 or any programs
promoted via MillionaireX7.
Transfer or Inheritance Corporate Policy: Ownership of subscriptions
to MillionaireX7 are fully transferrable from party to party and are
also inheritable by the heirs of the deceased subscriber.
Notification in writing to MillionaireX7 Corporate Admin must
accompany any such requests for transfer or inheritance.
Junk Mail Filters: Subscribers are advised to allow all emails to be
received from these MillionaireX7 domains: @millionairex7.com and
@mx7mail.com and @millionizer.com
Private Information: Any information collected is solely for the use
of MillionaireX7 and will not be sold or used unlawfully.
MillionaireX7 will never provide personal information about its
members to third parties without the consent of the member, unless
required by law.
Dispute Resolution: Subscribers involved in any disputes either with
MillionaireX7 or other subscribers shall make efforts in good faith
to resolve disputes quickly and fairly, though neither party should
be required to waive the protections afforded under applicable laws.
Due Diligence: It is understood that any subscriber undertakes the
duty to exercise reasonable diligence in investigating and
evaluating the MillionaireX7 program.
Legal Advice: As always, when pursuing any new venture, the advice
of a competent legal or accounting professional should be sought.
Amendments: It is the right of MillionaireX7 to amend any parts of
its program without prior notice. Though any amendments will be
posted in the ‘MEMBERS AREA’ area of the website for any subscriber
to view.
Updates: It is the right of MillionaireX7 to amend any provisions of
this agreement without prior notice. Though any amendments will be
posted in the latest ‘Terms and Conditions’ link on the website for
any subscriber to view.
